Meridial is an embedded support suite for modern SaaS teams. It helps users inside your product through recorded walkthroughs, a live voice AI agent, and human cobrowsing when escalation is needed.

How Meridial works

  1. Instrument your app with stable element identifiers.
  2. Record walkthroughs that capture voice guidance and UI actions.
  3. Let users ask for help in-app through the Voicebox widget.
  4. Route sessions in Human or Assisted mode based on your support model.
The voice agent answers from walkthrough context and attached knowledge files. Human teammates can join from the dashboard, request remote-control permission, and take over when needed. Meridial emits webhooks for session started, session ended, and transcript ready so you can sync events into Slack, Discord, or internal systems.
